The reception staff are terrible. I called several times over the past few days and left voicemail messages asking someone to call me back, but nobody ever returned my calls. They only answer the phone after the fifth attempt, and even then they put me on hold and eventually hang up. It is almost impossible to get through to anyone. Dr. Neides and his team are fantastic. My family have been patients at Inspire Wellness for a few years now. The positive differences between this practice and the standard insurance based system cannot be overstated. The focus here is on the individual, what drives your health, and how to best address any identified deficiencies, without rushing to prescription medications and/or surgeries.
