I love their attention to detail! My nails always come out so beautiful, and they last for a long time. Everyone is also so friendly and welcoming. I always have a great experience!
The nail salon is beautifully decorated with an autumn theme. I had both a manicure and a pedicure and was very pleased with Hara; she is lovely and highly skilled. The fact that they serve coffee, drinks, and snacks is also a big plus. I really like this salon and will be back soon with my friends.
I came here for the first time, and I will be coming back! I got a pedicure, and the prices ranged from around $51-$70. The place was very clean and decorative and had a great atmosphere. They also offered me complimentary drinks. Great customer service!
I used to love coming here, for many many years. But my last few visits have been very bad. Every tech i got did not listen to what i asked and made me feel rushed every time. Also, when i asked to give my nails almond shape, then left them squared. Also, whenever i asked for another coat, they tried to convince one coat would be sufficient. Which led to my gel not lasting as long. I am sorry to say but i don’t think i would be returning.
I got gel x nails done here for the first time and will not be returning. Gaps in between my real nail and the gel x nails done… Came into the salon next day to get it fixed or taken off, they only put gel in between and it took a hour. It shouldn’t have happened in the first place. They didn’t even offer me a discount or refund until I asked. Do not come here unless you want poor customer service.
