I loved my experience, Hara is so nice, respectful and informative. She very sweet AND she took her time but was still fast. Every service was perfect. Toes, nails & eyebrows!!
Terrible experience today. I am thankful to the receptionist and Cristy only!! I made it clear when I made the appointment that I wanted, my existing acrylics taken off and a whole new set. I explain this again to Sophie who was the one doing my nails and she kept trying to pressure me into just doing a fill And she was not understanding that I wanted my current one off and a new one put on. So kind and understanding. I came in wanting a complicated design, although it was out of my price range my nail artist, Hara, was patient and work with me to simplify the design while keeping to the theme and adding her own touch. Best experience at a nail salon, highly recommend.
Hara did such an amazing job on my nails!!! I got Gel X and chrome with an ombré design. For my first visit at this location - 10/10. Relatively fast service and friendly staff.
