RecommendedWhen reaching out to the salon manager about a service provided that I wasn’t happy with, there happened to be a lot of miscommunication. Once I was able to speak directly with the woman that gave me a haircut, she was extremely apologetic and understanding of my point of view as to why I was unhappy with the services I got. After speaking to management we were able to find a common understanding and squashed the issue.
