When reaching out to the salon manager about a service provided that I wasn’t happy with, there happened to be a lot of miscommunication. Once I was able to speak directly with the woman that gave me a haircut, she was extremely apologetic and understanding of my point of view as to why I was unhappy with the services I got. After speaking to management we were able to find a common understanding and squashed the issue. I had an amazing experience here. It’s a very quaint relaxing salon. My stylist was Jennifer, she is AMAZING. I wish I had gotten the before and after pictures from her. She gave LIFE to my long, natural hair with a phenomenal “foil”yage. Jennifer and I chatted away, and a great time. I definitely found my salon
I saw cassie today for a lash fill because my regular salon was closed due to the bad weather conditions and i have to say, she did an amazing job!
