The best barre workout with Carson and truly all the staff! Inspire Fitness is a great boutique fitness studio with a range of fitness classes. BEST barre studio in East Cobb. Carson has created an amazing community where all are welcome. The workouts vary each day so you never get bored!
Inspire is my virtual fitness home! Carson and her team are the most lovely, caring, inspiring, and encouraging barre instructors there are. I have been taking classes with Inspire for almost 3 years and I am stronger and more resilient because of it. The online classes are engaging and energetic, and great for beginners and long time barre stars. Inspire also has yoga and cardio classes if you are wanting some variety in your workouts.
Inspire East Cobb is AMAZING!! If you are looking for a studio with a variety of class options, this is your place... 3 different barre options, yoga, strength/circuit training, stretch! The instructors do an awesome job keeping you challenged and motivated whether you are taking a class in the studio or online.
Update: Inspire is still the best online barre studio! I've been taking classes for around 3 years and each class is different and fun. The instructors pay attention to form and safety, while also keeping class engaging and positive. I am so thankful to be part of the amazing Inspire community! The new studio is gorgeous too!
