I would never recommend this office. I wish I had never stepped foot in here. The providers have no compassion or respect for the clients. The communication is terrible. Providers have no way for patients to reach them. This is an office policy. I had bad experiences with several staff here, and finally decided I deserve better than this. Glad I left.
First, I want to recognize Anne Nguyen, my psychiatrist. She has been absolutely wonderful. She genuinely cares about both my mental and physical health, gives thoughtful advice, is incredibly organized, and always takes the time to double-check everything with me. I would give negative stars. Dr. Craiu was the WORST therapist I've ever had. She was so awful. She cared more about my appearance to the outside world than how I felt I am so disappointed by it because I have been bounced around between different doctors or therapists at inspire. It's so discouraging. She was snobby and mean, didn't show emotion. Different doctor prescribed me wten my insurance didn't cover. No one did anything to make it so my insurance would cover. I have been seeing Dr. Rankin at Inspire Behavioral Health for many months. He is one of the few psychiatrists willing to accept me as a patient due to my diagnosis of bipolar disorder with psychosis. Dr. Rankin is a kind and compassionate psychiatrist who takes the time to listen to patients and understand what they’re going through. His office staff are also very friendly and helpful.
