The staff is kind, professional, and easy to talk to, and the whole atmosphere feels warm and inviting. Everything is always clean and well kept, and they do a great job making people feel comfortable and taken care of. You can tell a lot of heart goes into this business, and it shows.
ZERO STARS. Super disappointed with my experience. When I first walked in, the girl who was supposed to check me in didn’t even look up from her phone. I stood directly in front of her awkwardly for about four minutes before she finally got off her phone and acknowledged me. When she did, she checked me in and then rudely told me to go sit down.
