I really enjoyed the virtual group sessions Antoinette offered. She kept everyone engaged throughout and shared clear, relatable examples that made the content easy to understand and apply. I especially appreciated her session on healthy boundaries. It was empowering and gave me the confidence to start setting stronger boundaries in my own life.
I attended Setting Healthy Relationship Boundaries via Zoom with facilitator Antoinette. This Zoom session assisted me with creating boundaries in all of my relationships starting now. Antoinette shared a lot of nuggets, examples & strategies to set healthy relationship boundaries.
Charisma is very knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. She felt like family. She helped me with my confidence and self assurance. We worked on fun exercises to bring out my strengths. Glad she was recommended to me. I’ll be seeing her again for sure!
