The reason for only a one star rating is due to the problems I had with the office administration. I had requested that my Vivitrol medication be order in the December of 2025 for use in January of 2026 in order to save over $200.00 in insurance costs. I was that the office would do that. The did not order till January costing me the $200.00 plus additional charges from the supplier. I come here for my weekly Spravato treatments. The staff is incredible! Jessica and Brittany at the front desk are always happy to see me, greet me warmly, and get me checked in, in a timely manner. Ian administers my treatment, and he takes great care of me in the process. These people seem to love their jobs and truly care about their patients!
The best place you can go for help
I had to cancel my relationship with Inspiration Health. I always had issues having Inspiration Health fill prescriptions properly. In every circumstance, it took numerous phone calls and even in-person consultations with my pharmacy, over the span of several days to a week, waiting for Inspiration Health to correctly submit the required information to my pharmacy. Inspiration health has literally helped save my life. Dr. Anderson is like an angel, but with a medical license. It is a dual diagnosis facility where they treat substance, abuse, and mental illness, including depression and anxiety, both of which I am afflicted with.
