Booked an appointment on Booksy.com and confirmed it but when I got to the place there wasn’t anyone. I called and texted them and even sent an Instagram message and received no replies. A phone call on text canceling the appointment would have been appreciated. If I wouldn’t have shown up they would’ve charged me. Terrible way to treat a client. They get 1 star otherwise I can’t post my review.
