Well.. They & the condo board @ 151 clairfields Rd East hired this deck & fence company cheapest bid won!! Our emails stated this mess would not happen.. I wish I could go into details. None the less they have been totally negligent with this whole process until multiple email complaints have been made weeks ago The emails have never aligned with what this company has left us with.. drive by and take a look.. oh ya company they hired BIG DECK AND COOL ALL THE COOL STUFF. We have had very positive experiences in our interactions with the staff from Inspirah. In particular, Mike Royston has been a pleasure to work with. He is an excellent communicator and he works hard to ensure buildings are managed optimally.
Absolutely money grubbing, not a care in the world property management. Fire systems go untested, snow piles up in the parking lot for 5+ days every snowfall. They honestly shouldn't be allowed to be in business
I would say "0 stars" if an option. This company is one of the worst run operations I have ever witnessed. Staff have work loads beyond what is reasonable which results in a lack of response to residents and issues. They are very clearly burnt out and not receiving the support necessary from their leadership. As a board member of a condominium and a unit owner in Guelph, I have been continuously disappointed by the timeliness, quality, and service provided.
