I would say "0 stars" if an option. This company is one of the worst run operations I have ever witnessed. Staff have work loads beyond what is reasonable which results in a lack of response to residents and issues. They are very clearly burnt out and not receiving the support necessary from their leadership. If I could give less than one star I would. I’m an owner in one of the buildings, and I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with the property management company (minus dealing with Melany). One of the most infuriating was recently when the smoke detector or alarm in the unit directly across from mine started beeping every 20 to 30 seconds or so-nonstop—for several days. Several days! I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately that’s not an option. I contacted a member of management, m. royston, about a serious noise issue. They replied just once, in a poorly written email, asking for my building number. But after I mentioned I was a renter, I never heard anything back. So, if you are an owner, maybe they will respond to you. But if you are a renter? Don’t expect your concerns to be taken seriously or even acknowledged. Horrible people. From the property manager down to the secretary. They pick and choose who to help, they refuse to call you or offer any solutions at all. And board members like to bully tenants.
