Find another family practice. Doctors are fine but receptionist is horrible. I broke my arm and had an appt with orthopedic surgeon in a day and a half. I called to get a referral. Receptionist said I can't give you a referral because you haven't been here in 16 months. I said I have a day and a half before appt, can you fit me in for a ten minute appt? Stated 1 month of therapy is sufficient to address 15+ years of childhood trauma, cheating on spouse, verbally abusing spouse and child for 10+ years. But 1 month is adequate to address all this and deem the patient has addressed their problems. Inspiras therapists are not worth going to if you really want to get help for yourself. By discharging a patient and telling them they have addressed everything, you made them worse because they THINK by going to a therapist for 1 month cured them and their actions are not affecting ... read more
Really disappointed with the communication and customer service at this office. Janeen Burns (my provider) is great, but the office staff is hostile and either relays incorrect information or none at all. Reminders for making annual appointments are not sent, reminders to make an appointment to refill a prescription are not sent, the communication is just really lacking. Staff and doctors very kind i never had any problems only making appointments they never have one when you most needed .
