I had an appointment today at 8am well after I waited for 14-20 minutes I finally had a nurse take me to a room for vitals. After that I waited and 20 minutes and still no doctor. Then they texted me twice that they were going to be happy to see me at 9am today for my appointment. That was after I had received earlier my two texts for my 8am appointment. I walked out today because of the anxiety and stress they caused me was overwhelming
1st bad experience in over 5+ years at this office. Recently, I was scheduled after seeing a PA to follow up on tests with Primary Care Physican for a yearly check-up. I went to the appt and while waiting for the Dr, someone from the staff came in to ask me " why are you here? You haven't been here to see her in 2 yrs." What ? Anytime, I have tried to get appt w/PCP - I am diverted to a PA. Some health issues, I have just visited a local urgent care or treated at home. Find another family practice. Doctors are fine but receptionist is horrible. I broke my arm and had an appt with orthopedic surgeon in a day and a half. I called to get a referral. Receptionist said I can't give you a referral because you haven't been here in 16 months. I said I have a day and a half before appt, can you fit me in for a ten minute appt? I have a displaced fracture with fragments and need surgery. She said, sorry, we're completely booked. I said if I don't get a referral, i will lose my appt. Once again, sorr... read more

Stated 1 month of therapy is sufficient to address 15+ years of childhood trauma, cheating on spouse, verbally abusing spouse and child for 10+ years. But 1 month is adequate to address all this and deem the patient has addressed their problems. Inspiras therapists are not worth going to if you really want to get help for yourself. By discharging a patient and telling them they have addressed everything, you made them worse because they THINK by going to a therapist for 1 month cured them and their actions are not affecting ... read more
