I can't speak for the doctors but I just called to make an appointment and spoke with Kristi. You might have thought my calling ruined her day. Not a pleasant person to talk to at all. Once I called her out on her attitude it seem to change but too little too late.
Office does not pick or return calls when messages are left. Tried to get an appointment with a specific physician but they would only give an appointment with the newest one. Treating symptoms instead of getting to the cause of issues.
I would give them a negative if i could. Their lack of knowledge and poor job performance almost killed my husband. Thank god we, went for a 2nd opinion and ended up at Jefferson in Phili. DO NOT GOT TO INSPIRA OR ANY OF THEIR DOCTORS. YOU WILL DIE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT WHAT THEY DO. GO SOME PLACE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT.
Cant ever seem to get an appointment and when you do they call and cancel or reschedule it.Seems like with all the doctors in this practice there should not be a problem getting to see a doctor.
Such an awesome experience today, from the moment I walked in and was greeted with a smiles and a warm hello. I waited a short time and was brought back for my consultation. Every staff member was kind and patient. Very thorough examination. Scheduling my next appointment was easy and just had to say how delightful this experience was for me! Wonderful!
