Absolutely ridiculous the speed of this facility. Three plus hours waiting to be seen. Dr finally strolls in barely 45 seconds and leaves without discussing a care plan. Its now been another 1.5 hrs and still nothing. Only a few patients in the Ed Exactly what is the hold up. I will not return here. I should have stuck with my gut and taken my child to CHOP. Never had such a low-rent and horrible experience. Never been treated so cruelly by staff. Claimed they could not get my medicine- that I brought w me and they allowed someone to essentially steal and carry out of the hospital- cause it was new- and they were a satellite hospital. This place is a sham and shouldn’t be allowed to operate- all while blaming their negligence and improper actions on being a “satellite “ hospital. Just open doctor offices or run as an urgent care. This does not deserve the title of hospital.
Your hospital sucks! You drag your feet and don’t give treatment. Thank God you are closing. You suck! Horrible horrible place!
My hubby was in there for 3 weeks. Cause they were moving they Trang’s erred him to a rehab. The care he is getting is horrific. It seems like cause they didn’t want him to go to the new hospital he just got pushed out. Ima patient here all the time. Never again. I can’t say anything negative about them but it’s like because they didn’t want to take my husband to their new facilities they just pushed him into rehab. My hubby still had open wounds n fluid on his lungs.

Hospital is great. The offices for the follow ups not so much! This is the second time iv been here and second time i haven’t been seen until 2-3 hours AFTER my appointment! Very inconsiderate and annoying.
