RecommendedExcellent care! went to another local hospital where I was treated horrible. After being in so much pain I was taken to Inspira by ambulance. Not only was the EMS service great but Dr. Donna Simmers-Dabinett was wonderful. I can not thank her enough for her care and compassion. The ER nurses also treated me wonderful and provide excellent care. Thank you for helping me!!
Great Experience
I do not recommend this hospital at all! Went there this morning with a possible ruptured ear drum and my PA, Matt, had no problem just sending me home with an antibiotic and asking what pain meds I had at home because he couldn't see my ear drum clearly. His diagnosis was possible perforated ear drum but I can't see it well enough to know for sure. I've had a ruptured ear drum in the past, so I'm well aware of the symptoms and know they only get worse as the day goes on. This really sours me on the entire Inspira "Health" n... read more
I have found this place completely incompetent ! If it wasn’t for me telling them what to do, they may of comprised my health and other patients. Do not come here or you might not leave! Currently here and counting the hours until I get out!
If you want to die or NOT get treated go here! My husband had severe chest pains. He couldn’t lie down nor sit. He got brought in by ambulance at 2 am. They did not give him an IV or anything. Thankfully, it did not appear to be a heart attack’s but they didn’t give him pain meds not even Tylenol until almost 8 am. The staff was very rude!
I've had a few tests there lately , no problems getting in and out in a timely manner
We have been in ER for 10 solid hours. Waiting for a room after having lab work and a CT done. We have gone hours without seeing a nurse or being told ANYTHING. When we do inquire about status, it is made clear we are bothering them.
I wanted to give a huge Thank You to the entire staff at Woodbury’s Inspira Hospital (formally Underwood Memorial)!!! You guys were incredible in the care of my husband Ron in ICU this past weekend. Luckily all worked out. He had internal bleeding from a procedure he had done at Delaware Valley Urology. The staff at the hospital was incredible! Thank you!!!
my wife gave birth to our second boy on 10/31/18 at this hospital. this was our first time here. the entire staff in labor and delivery were the absolute best. always very helpful and prompt. the NICU nurses and staff after delivery were very nice and very caring. the level of care received was well beyond expectations.
