Waste of time today , so upset they never done this before on my 1st ultrasound but today 7/11 this time around they wasted my time !! i appointment is at 8:30 they make you wait with out communications if there’s running late or if there’s an issue or anything instead will tell you Before hand instead sitting there with a full bladder to reschedule cause we have an old script should have something before or the day your received the script no apologies or nothing , communication is very lucky !
Dr.Deluca is the best OB imaginable, she truly cares for her patients and their babies. She saved my daughter from trauma and nerve damage during a normal delivery that took a turn when my daughter has shoulder dystocia and cord wrapped around her neck, she is amazing and I trust her with my mine and my children’s lives. She has been my OB through birth and through loss and I couldn’t have asked for a more caring and knowledgeable doctor. She is a god sent!
I had a scheduled c-section. For the most part everything was fine. Check in was smooth. Nurses are kind. Surgery went fine. I’m a nurse as well and very understanding that some creep just happens, so no big complaints about staff with mentioning. What definitely needs to be addressed is the bed situation in the maternity ward. It was an “all in one” ward where delivery and mother baby is all in one room. LOVE the idea. Delivering here was an AMAZING experience! The rooms were gigantic & extremely clean. I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing ALL of my nurses were (Francine, Jenna, Janice, Carlie, & a few I’m forgetting) - but they all deserve a Daisy award for going above and beyond! The anesthesiologist was also awesome and super hilarious…made the epidural process way more enjoyable. I will definitely be delivering all of my future babies here! 9 month pregnant sister went in with headaches that were causing blurred vision and bad cramping - they didn’t even check the baby they just gave reglan- they don’t make you feel comfortable at all. Now she doesn’t even want to deliver there.
