This ER IS THE WORST. Wait time minimum of at least 4 hours to go back to a room to get anything significant done. And that is with only a few people waiting!! Finally taken back to pass empty room after empty room. To only be left waiting endlessly in that room as well to be told after 14 HOURS I’m admitted but can’t be moved out of the ER until following day. My daughter needs to stay with me because of language barrier and my old age AND they can’t accommodate her with a recliner to sleep in. Completely ridiculous! Will N... read more

My mother in law was brought in via ambulance from Atlas Dept. Family was told this was the end & to call family. No one helped her husband be comfortable til I got there hrs later & put a chair next to bed. I had to ask to sponges to wet & clean blood from her mouth. Nurse was put off when asked for pain meds as he had to call ICU/CCU MDSd/t her admitted status. Even once upstairs, not a lot of explanation to the family

I delivered my first baby at Inspira Mullica Hill Labor and Delivery last week. I am incredibly grateful for a positive experience. The staff utilizes a team work approach including communicating and supporting one another. I have to acknowledge some compassionate, caring and supportive nursing staff including Karley, Tyler, Janine, Kim, Amy and so many more. They really helped my delivery process including guiding me throughout the process. I highly recommend utilizing this unit of the hospital!

My son was injured playing baseball and started showing clear concussion symptoms a few days later. We went to Inspira Urgent Care, and they told us to head to the ER so he could be properly evaluated and scanned. When we got to the ER, we were in and out in under an hour, the nurse seemed like she couldn’t be bothered, and the doctor brushed it off, saying they only do scans if they suspect a brain bleed or fracture. I had a terrible experience. I was there 4 days and no one would give me a shower. The people there were very unprofessional
