UPDATE-I paid the ridiculous bill and still receive statements. The billing department is extremely incompetent at posting payments and responding to the emails they promote since they refuse to answer the phone! ********I never want to go to this ER again - take me anywhere but this hospital! I won't disclose my personal medical issue (because it's no one's business), but I can tell you that I know other patient's details and medical issues-and I shouldn't! I was nervous from my upcoming surgery and didn't get much sleep the night before. Nurse Brittany in particular must have sensed it. Her bedside manner from the start put me at ease. She was so kind and explained everything that was going to happen. All my questions were answered before I could ask them from her. Ive had bad experiences before from nurses before (believe it or not) She was everything you can hope for as a nurse. I will never come to this hospital again. I have been here for over 24 hours and have been in the ER the entire time. Supposedly there are no beds, which I do not believe. Tests were ordered for me yesterday and I was told they would happen this am. I am still waiting. My urine cup that I filled yesterday morning for testing is still sitting on the sink.
This place is a poor excuse for a hospital! I came here in September of 2025 due to a serious issue i was having. It was 6 am and nobody at the check in because they were busy doing god knows. A girl.walks by me and 2 other people sipping out of her Stanley tumbler and walks behind the wall like we didnt exist!
