This is honestly the only Inspira care facility I can wholeheartedly recommend if you are having same-day surgery. It was a wonderfully smooth experience from scheduling to discharge. The receptionist, nurses and doctors were excellent. I was reminded of surgery date and start time (several times) via text, email and phone. They called a couple days beforehand to take a detailed history. They called 48 hrs later to check-in. Would definitely feel comfortable recommending my loved one.
While the doctor and nurses were INCREDIBLE the anesthesiologist and the lady who called to schedule my follow up appointment were extremely rude. I explained to the anesthesiologist that I stutter and was extremely nervous which is why I was taking awhile to talk and his response was “oh it’s ok! My grandfather stuttered and we had to wait forever for him to finish what he was saying.” How is that response even remotely OK? They did for me. Did it while I was a patient in the hospital. Friendly staff and well manored.
This facility was great! The staff was awesome, great sense of humor, and made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Beautiful facility and extremely clean. Highly recommend!
