RecommendedI liked the care I received at Inspira last week. The doctors, nurses and aides were all friendly and helpful. Two things were NOT to my liking. Their Comcast TV reception was attrocious. Numerous interuptions of reception. And MOST IMPORTANTLY AND UPSETTING. THEY LOST MY CLOTHES (bedroom slippers, shorts, shirt, wallet, credit cards, driver licences, house keys). I was moved 5 times to different rooms, but my belongs did not accompany me. Very upsetting.

Cancelled very important surgery, when asked if it was due to the recent corona virus outbreak, they blatantly lied. Then today I see am article saying they had two cases.
I thought when I was told by my doctors to switch to Inspira for better care they would mean in. I was in the Er on Tuesday with a high heart rate and chest pain. I suffer.from auto immune illness as well.. WELL DO NOT COME HERE CAUSE THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY. I thought Jefferson Starfford was bad but nope. The Drs asked how many time you come to the hospital? RecommendedTook my daughter in for flu symptoms (she does have the flu) and the staff was amazing from the front desk, nurses and doctor. I wish I remembered the nurses name who first came in, she was amazing with my daughter.

RecommendedI have to say that I have been so blessed to have been part of this journey with Frank & Edith Cancer Pavilion. Everything that happened has been so positive and clean with great responds with of course my god my family and friends by my side. Cancer Pavilion truly cares about their patients you don’t have to go out of your comfort zone it’s all here in our area.
