I sent my paperwork to this facility over a month ago. Even called to confirm that my paperwork was there and i was good to come on my scheduled date. I get here, none of my paperwork is here. So i had to scramble and re call the DMV and my labs and doctors to get all my necessary paperwork faxed over again. Only this was at 3pm, so I didn't have enough time and now my license is set to be suspended in 2 weeks as of tomorrow. Do not recommend this office.

Went to the Neurologist side, with Dr. Susan Lotkowski. She and her staff are so nice, my carpal tunnel test was uncomfortable but they made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place.

I drove my wife to this location. I was very rudely told that I can't sit in the waiting room. When I asked that my wife had a language problem and they might need me her to understand. But the nurse care the less and told my that the policy they have won't allow me to wait in the waiting room. I am extremely disappointed

I am writing this review in hope that it will help others. My mother passed away at this hospital on November 7th. There was lack of communication between the doctors who performed the weekly rounds. I had to continuously ask them to either speak with the doctor who was on call the week before, read the chart, provide them with the details or speak with her pulmonologist to obtain the history.
