I would not recommend ABAPLUS to anyone due to my extremely disappointing experience. I have been waiting for over a year to secure therapy for my son. After this long wait, they informed me to seek a different provider. Their lack of professionalism has significantly impacted my son's progress, leading to severe regression.
We are very happy with ABA Plus Inc and we really like its play based approach. This company hires competent therapists, and maintains the quality of service. Owners are receptive to client's feedback, and are very open to incorporating client's suggestions/needs. Their programs are very innovative, and are designed to help the child flourish while improving the confidence levels.
My experience is very bad with this Provider. Not able to provide any therapist for existing customer and keep waiting for more than 5 months. I got a gap in therapies provided because of change in insurance and they were unable to provide same therapist replaced with new therapist and we observed that new therapist was not that great for my son asked for replacement which never happened. My son has been with ABA plus for about 5 months and we have been seen great process that our son has made. The owner is very responsive and the two therapists are great for my son!! We have BCBA(and therapists) meeting with us regularly(weekly/biweekly) to discuss the progress that has been made and set up the new goals we would like to achieve. If there would be any inappropriate behaviors showing up, the BCBA and the therapists will work closely with us, providing suggestions, adding new goals to address the behavior prob... read more
