My CPAP suddenly stopped working and I was panicking. I spoke to a very kind and helpful woman on the phone who assured me they would do everything they could to help me. I went in and Candace determined it was just a piece of rubber blocking the power port. Crisis averted!! I am so grateful for their help! She even offered to let me borrow a power cord if mine was not working. They really went above and beyond to help me, and only 10 minutes before they closed! Everyone was absolutely lovely
Great working with Brenda! She made the whole process pleasant and fast. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was able to get a machine quickly and properly fitting. They are quick and great to work with. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a CPAP machine in Cambridge area. I was able to get a machine, mask fitted, and all my questions answered under 40 min. Great location!

Brenda was knowledgeable, friendly and determined. She made sure I knew all of the options available to me, since I've been struggling to find a comfortable mask. She also made sure that my machine was set properly. The office was clean and well stocked. Overall a great experience!
