I was very nervous about this whole experience but after meeting Brenda, all of that went away. She was extremely caring, insightful, funny and reassuring. She made sure I got exactly what I needed, how to maintain and get the best out of my equipment. I have family members I will be recommending to Brenda and this location after their diagnosis. Thank you so much Brenda, you were a breathe of fresh air!
Finding out you stop breathing in your sleep is a scary discovery. My first call to a cpap store was thankfully to this store. A very friendly staff member answered the phone and I made an appointment for the next morning. Brenda walked me through all the information and then set up my new machine while giving me a lesson on how to use. She calmed my anxiousness and let me know to reach out anytime I need help or have questions. Thank you so much Brenda you are amazing!!
