Horrible. Grossly overcharge customers and take advantage of customers. They offer horrible service. They are arrogant and do not care about employees concerns, its all about the money and greed. Service does not even hit the top 10. If you are looking for a PEO steer clear from this nightmare. very unprofessional and poor customer service. I spoke with the payroll specialist " Brian McClelland" at the Kennesaw, GA location. I had a simple question with regards to my last paycheck for the number of hours That I would be paid for but instead of giving me straight answer Brian stonewalled. No response to my follow up email and Have to call again for an answer which he knew all along. I would not recommend insperity for payroll or benefit management service to anyone.
