Absolutely horrible experience with Insperity. They're so bad, that I want to leave my job just because of them being our HR, and I love my job.
The absolute worst in every way. The service is awful, the support is non existent and the salesperson way over sold their services. We were supposed to be able to get rid of or internal HR staff but instead we need a full time HR person to manage Insperity. Run away as fast as you can! Don't let them fool you like they did me.
Service is above and beyond my expectations
Employers beware! This company has unethical business practice of asking for, employees personal information prior to even giving you their quotes or prices. They are not transparent with their pricing like their competitors. They stated they want to assess the “risk” that’s why they were asking for the information.
