He helped navigate the insurance side of things, and what I thought might be a back-and-forth headache ended up getting approved and moving forward smoothly. The crew did a great job, the roof looks excellent, and everything was handled professionally from beginning to end. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes that much pride in both their service and their work.

I live in Suwanee and I’m so glad I went with Inspector Roofing. Richard made the whole process super easy from start to finish. He did a detailed inspection with clear photos and explained everything in plain English. He handled the insurance claim, kept me updated, and walked me through every step without any pressure. The roof work was done cleanly and on time. Richard really took the stress out of it. If you need roofing work in the Suwanee area, I highly recommend Inspector Roofing and Richard.

I was in the process of buying a house and hired Inspector Roofing and Restoration to inspect the roof before we moved forward. I’m so glad we did. Richard found that the roof had been installed improperly and also documented clear storm damage that he believed should have been addressed through insurance. I am so pleased with this company. Charley was very professional and courteous and more importantly punctual. The day of our redo the work crew was all business and Charley was onsite to make sure everything went smoothly. Lindsey was my office contact and she handled everything perfectly, especially dealing with the insurance company. I would highly recommend that you use Inspector Roof for your next roofing project.
