I contacted them to clean my carpet and they were prompt at responding on messenger. We agreed on a time and day and everything was set. A few hours later the owner messaged me back asking to change the time as he already had an appointment at that time. I said no problem and changes the time.. The week went by and when the day arrived for them to come I cleaned everything and moved all my furniture off of my area rugs that were to be cleaned.
