Michael is the BEST person ever to hire to do an inspection when purchasing a home. He is so thorough and every issue he finds is documented with pictures so no want of wondering what he’s referring to. And always available to explain any questions of things not understood. I have had him for inspecting 3 homes which because of the issues found saved me from buyers remorse.
