Pure Incompetence. Did not inspect most areas. Did not notice that the AC compressor was not hooked up to the house. Did not test the sprinkler system. Did not inspect the attic, as after purchase it was found not to be insulated. Did not report very low water pressure. Did not report the dryer vent was incomplete, terminated into plywood and an extreme fire hazard. Would not return payment for negligent services. Would not recommend.
Just had the home we're buying inspected by Brandon. He was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I was his shadow most of the time and he was patient in explaining what he was looking for and what he found. I would highly recommend him plus, he's a veteran.
Tom has been great to work with, He has went completely out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed which required a 2nd trip back. Report is very nice and has different levels of addressing matters which is very helpful. I will be using him for all my Real Estate transactions.
