IOC and specifically Wes were easy to work with and thorough in their inspection of our potential home. The inspection went about as long as their quoted and the report was detailed. During the walk-through, Wes took the time to answer any questions and concerns we had.
They did an inspection in Colorado in April 2025 for us and the fridge, dryer, and water heater all passed inspection. The fridge was leaking had to be replaced and caused damage inside a wall, the dryer didn't heat up, had to be replaced and the water heater was leaking, needed fixing. Not worth the price.
Very thorough and informative. Mike Nelson did a great job explaining and walking us through after the inspection was complete. He answered our questions and made sure we understood what was on the report. The report they provide is also very helpful and detailed. Thank you Mike, it certainly helped us in knowing what we were going into for our first home.
Curt..!! (Inspections over Coffee) did a great inspection on my new home purchase. I am a first time home buyer and he explained everything so well to me and answered all questions that I had. He provided me with great advice. Also he's very nice and friendly as well. His report on our home was extremely detailed and left nothing to question.
