Very thorough and informative. Mike Nelson did a great job explaining and walking us through after the inspection was complete. He answered our questions and made sure we understood what was on the report. The report they provide is also very helpful and detailed. Thank you Mike, it certainly helped us in knowing what we were going into for our first home.

Curt..!! (Inspections over Coffee) did a great inspection on my new home purchase. I am a first time home buyer and he explained everything so well to me and answered all questions that I had. He provided me with great advice. Also he's very nice and friendly as well. His report on our home was extremely detailed and left nothing to question. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.
Curt and his team were simply amazing. I called them last minute to get my home inspected before the 1 year warranty expired and he got me scheduled with ease on the exact day and time I needed. He went through everything with us step by step and even gave us advice about how to care for our home in the future. His report on our home was extremely detailed and left nothing to question. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.
Curtis took the time to explain the report in depth, as well as show me examples of what he was trying to explain. He walked me around the house and pointed out things I needed to know, as well as linking me to YouTube videos on how to repair some of these things. Super detailed report, very personable guy. Very impressed with the quality and detail. My realtor was impressed with him as well, and has a few things lined up with him already.
