Corey was SO helpful and pleasant to work with! I appreciated his knowledge base and explaining things to me in a way I could understand and enable me to take action down the road if needed. Made me feel much more comfortable moving into our new house being equipped with knowledge of electrical, structural, and plumbing features of our house.

Corey did a fantastic job! I've been selling real estate for over 20 years and he's by far the best inspector I've ever used. He was punctual, polite, and professional. I was very impressed with how well he knew his way around the different systems. The electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, and he even answered our questions about extra things like the hot-tub!. You can tell he knows exactly what he's doing. I'll recommend him to everyone!

I recently reviewed a home inspection report done by Corey. Corey is probably a great guy but fits into a large and growing group of home inspectors on the market today. These inspectors look for particular items to fail, but fail understand the house systems and how they work.
