I would leave 0 stars if possible. We had Inspection Plus do an inspection on a house we were buying in 2017, ****** was the inspector. I cannot begin to explain how many things were missed upon inspection, that as a first time homebuyer, I didnt think to look for, and as an inspector, he shouldve recommended to check out. RecommendedHands down the best inspection company/inspector I could have hired. Don Crum found things I never would have realized were wrong. Yes, inspections always come back with stuff, but... he found items that were big red flags for me. Saving me from going into a house totally blindsided. We have used Inspection Plus two different times on two different houses. Both times we have used Nick. Nick walked through every room with me and answered questions as he inspected both houses. He allowed me to take notes and explained everything. Even though we hope we bought our “forever home” if we do need to have an inspection done again we will be using Nick and Inspection Plus.
I had the pleasure of walking around with John in our hopefully soon to be home. He was as professional and genuine as they come. One of the first things he asked me was if i had read anything on the disclosures that i really wanted to look at.
