We have used Inspection Plus two different times on two different houses. Both times we have used Nick. Nick walked through every room with me and answered questions as he inspected both houses. He allowed me to take notes and explained everything. Even though we hope we bought our “forever home” if we do need to have an inspection done again we will be using Nick and Inspection Plus.
I had the pleasure of walking around with John in our hopefully soon to be home. He was as professional and genuine as they come. One of the first things he asked me was if i had read anything on the disclosures that i really wanted to look at.
