Unfortunately Jeff over looked a few things on a home we purchased in September. It will cost us several hundred dollars now to repair. We do not have any leverage for negations with the seller. Disappointing inspector.
Jeff was very knowledgeable and objective. He responded instantly to our request for an inspection and he has a wide variety of skills and credentials. This allowed us to get all of the tests that we required with one appointment. He also had a report prepared overnight. Time is very valuable when you are making a real estate decision. Inspect-It First was very respectful of our time and overall investment. Highly recommended!
