We had Inspect Des Moines do some architectural design work for a basement remodel project and couldn't be more pleased. There work was professional, thorough, and beautiful designed. Paul addressed EVERY design question and provided us with an amazingly functional guest suite design incorporating a full kitchen, bath, bedroom, and living/media room utilizing the latest technology. He walked us through unseen issues with our original design ideas and gently pointed us to solutions that will work long-term. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Extremely thorough and very easy to work with. I was of course nervous buying a home and having something getting missed as I've owned a home and been through this process before and things were absolutely missed. Paul was super thorough during the inspection. Our realtor was there for the entire walk-thru and noted that it was one of the most comprehensive inspections he has seen. Also had a great understanding of the severity of problems when they did come up. Didn't just point out problems, discussed why it was a problem and options to fix it.
What a great experience! Being a first time homebuyer and purchasing a 95 year old house, I was very concerned about potential issues that could arise in the home. Paul put my mind at ease! He was extremely thorough in his inspection of the entire house, and gave me plenty of information about the history and current state of the house. Professional owner!
Paul is a great guy, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. It was fascinating to follow him around and let him teach us about what he was looking for, and how we could remedy some of the things he was finding. He answered every question we asked, and even more that we hadn't even thought to ask. He gets all the stars!
Prompt. Went the extra hard and came back two days later when water was turned on. Great customer service. Cleaned up after himself. Double checked the house to ensure everything was back in place. Went above and beyond to fix things like a loose electrical cover. Very meticulous! Even took pictures of the correct furnace filter to use so I had it for the future. Highly recommend!!
