Stacey is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, and was able to quickly set up an inspection on a Saturday for a property I inherited. He took time to explain what the issues with the property were and gave a lot of detail about them; I was very confident that I knew what I was dealing with by the time his inspection was done. The report I got back was much the same, very thorough, and with a promise that if I had any questions he would be more than happy to answer them. I definitely recommend him!

Stacey is super thorough. We called Wednesday , and he got us in the following Saturday. We walked around with him and he explained everything he saw, what could potentially happen if not fixed, or how to maintain certain things. We did not feel rushed or shoved off. He got up on the attic, down to the crawlspace and everything in between. He turned everything on and watched to see how well everything worked. I never felt like a burden or that i was in the way. He went above and beyond, pointing out areas of the house where we could continue or improve the maintenance of items. I flew into Tennessee and Stacey met me at the property I was buying on a Saturday which was very kind of him. Stacey is extremely thorough and meticulous. He checks EVERYTHING from the major items to the smallest minor items. His report was very detailed and included pictures of everything with cover pages outlining the corresponding items and matches them to the pictures.
