I flew into Tennessee and Stacey met me at the property I was buying on a Saturday which was very kind of him. Stacey is extremely thorough and meticulous. He checks EVERYTHING from the major items to the smallest minor items. His report was very detailed and included pictures of everything with cover pages outlining the corresponding items and matches them to the pictures. The report provides detailed explanation with pictures of what is not up to code, safety concerns and things to monitor.
