I had an appointment to see this guy for a fracture in my arm. He was supposed to put a cast on my arm. When I went in, he examined it, and was ready to put a cast on it, then rescinded when I told him it had been over a week since I fractured my arm as it took forever to get my referral. Don’t waste your time with this jerk. Do yourself a favor and find a different Doctor. Even a rookie doctor would be a better choice than this clown.

I had an accident where I suffered an open and displaced fracture of the third phalanx of the ring finger. Dr. Kim appeared the next day, found the operating room group that was about to leave the hospital, and asked them to do one more surgery. In my case, although he was a man of few words and somewhat cold, he did what he had to do as a surgeon, reduced my fracture and saved my finger from an imminent infection. Dr kim helped my family many times He is very knowledgeable orthopedic surgeon and he is conservative . He doesn’t like to do unnecessary procedures Excellent side bed manners Thank you for all you ve done for my family AD

Don't go. Both my wife and I have had terrible experiences with this physician. His bedside manor is non-existent and his attitude is only outpaced by his arrogance. He MAY have been a fine professional at one point but his communication skills and empathy for his patient's feelings and concerns are abysmal. Will NEVER go back nor refer him to anyone I know.

Stay away from this dr.had a compound fracture of femur.he didn't even k ow I had an infection in the bone.surgery he did fell apart.no pre or post op ecam.had to go to cedars to get my leg fixed.terrible bed side manor..reporting him to medical board

The customer service of the employees were horrible, disrespectful & rude. In order to receive the copy of my test result to be faxed to my primiry doctor too so long that I personally had to drive, go to the office, pay for it & get them by my self. So unhappy about their service! .... HORRIBLE!!!!!!

In the beginning I thought he was good. But later I suffered another accident and he just came in and said if I didn't have surgery at that moment I would loose function of my foot. That was it, no other options, just that! I panicked and said ok, but luckily someone convinced me to get a second opinion. The next day his office called me 6 times! They were trying to convince me to just go for surgery I got a second opinion and I am healing fine, no surgery needed..

I am surprised at seeing all of these negative reviews. Dr. Kim performed an open reduction, internal fixation surgery on my severely shattered patella. I had full confidence in him when he told me that he will treat my injury as he would his own. That was 2 months ago and I appear to be recovering well. If you are looking for warm and fuzzy, Dr. Kim may not be a good fit BUT, he IS warm but honest & to the point. He listens and takes the time to answer as many questions as you throw at him.

I went to see dr Kim about my shoulder I was extreme pain. He didn't care and told me to deal with it and stop doing what I was doing to make it hurt. Told him I had surgery on neck in 2008. It was the same pain I was currently having. I got a shot that didn't work He told me pain is in my head. MRI showed issues. He stated he was sending me to see a ortho surgeon. Aren't you a surgeon. He doesn't listen to his patients at all. He is a total jerk. Why is he still in business. wait time 2 hrs
