RecommendedMatt and his crew are outstanding techically and truly understand the customer service side of the business as well. They worked me in quickly when I had an issue, helped me prioritize what I needed done, gave my car a comprehensive once over and noted several small things but didn't push them. I actually ended up doing those myself. They were very fair in their time, knowledge and the price was fair for the service and expertise. I will take all my cars to Insomnia from now on.
I'll start off by saying my car is nothing short of difficult when it comes to custom work. With that being said, Matt and Tyler really do put their heart and soul on the line in order to work their magic. The evil genius and his apprentice are the only ones I trust to work on my car. Thanks again guys for what you do
Hands down the best shop in the area. Matt is honest, timely, and extremely skilled. This is the only place I'd recommend to anyone looking for work on their Subaru or Lexus.

I needed a place that had a "low car" friendly alignment rack. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and professionalism of Matt. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond with getting my alignment needs perfect.
My first time going to Insomnia Motorsports and it was Top Notch. Matt is an awesome person, very friendly, knowledgeable, and a great mechanic. He answered all my questions, did great work on my car, and was a great teacher. Matt install an IAG AOS and a heatshield for me. While doing the install if he saw something that was wrong he would fix it and let me know what he fixed. I’m not one to usually do reviews but Insomnia Motorsports is an amazing shop in the Triangle. Matt has always gone above and beyond in scheduling and assisting me with my swapped Impreza RS. Highly recommended �
I was recommended to go up here for an airline issue I was having and ended up busting a radiator hose on the way there, Matt shot me a tow number and I got the car up there and he started breaking it down and showing me what happened and what else needed to be looked at, was great service, will be bringing all future cars to this shop!
