My family of 5 tried Insomnia for the first time. The lady was patient with our ordering. We got cookies and ice cream. Cookies were good.

8:10 PM on Friday, 4/11... My family and I were very excited to try Insomnia Cookies for the first time. We saw a crowd gathered as we walked nearer, so we thought they must be awesome and in demand if there are this many people in line! Come to find out, the 10 or so other people were waiting because the door was locked with a handwritten note saying "be right back, sorry". Um, what??? Well, you lost multiple groups of customers.
