We ordered through the app and had an issue with the DoorDash driver. When we called the store, the manager Ray Howard was absolutely fantastic and handled the entire situation. She was very professional, very understanding, and very accommodating. It's hard to find that kind of customer service nowadays.
I ordered cookies through UberEats and my cookies never got delivered. UberEats told me that I needed to call Insomnia directly which I did. They said that they went through a 3rd party company and that he said that the delivery person delivered them and put them in the lobby. The individual did not. Now my kids are without cookies and I'm out of $26.
I used to love insomnia cookies but haven't had them in years. These have gone way down hill. Try any other real bakery
Don’t order delivery if you actually want your order. They dropped mine at some random lobby that isn’t my building. Then got an attitude when I asked where they dropped it so I could try and find it. Terrible customer service and terrible delivery service. Ultimately, I just gave up on my sweet treat.
