The worst customer service experience I’ve had at an insomnia location and I’m a frequent customer. Firstly, there was only one person working the register and preparing orders. I waited at least 15 minutes before it was my time to order. However, the employee simply left to go into the back. Instead of a cookie sandwich we received one cookie in its place, called the store and was met with a condescending “why are you bothering me tone” never was offered any apology.
I ordered an ice cream cookie sandwich and they handed me a scoop of ice cream in a cup and two cookies that were falling apart and told me to put it together. Like, I’m sorry, which one of us works here?
