very disinterested and impatient cashier (we interrupted her task i guess?), the only flavor that isnt chocolate or vanilla related has been unavailable for months, and they were nearly out of all the others at 6pm very boring, very expensive, very unwelcoming... it just made me want braums really bad 😭😭😭 they also somehow managed to make the cookies and cream entirely flavorless. I felt like I was eating sugar free vanilla ice cream with a hint of cookie
I usually love to come to this location, but after seeing the employees both smoking right outside the front door quickly decided to go somewhere else! Might be an unpopular opinion but just did not make me want to eat there lol
Not only was my order stated to be an hour and half late, my driver after picking up my order decided to take it to their apartment while still having the tracker on. No contact from them, 40+ dollar order.
Ordered through Grubhub for my granddaughter's birthday. I ordered 9 cookies (three were sprinkle cookies for the littles) order was supposed to be here by 5:10. I kept trying to track the order but got the notice that Insomnia does theirs inhouse and to call the store--which I did. Was excited to try this place especially for late night munchies.. i placed my order online. Got there 10 minutes after the time quoted.. after 30 minutes and 3-4 walk ins with very similar orders came and went i was about to ask for my $ when I got my order.
