I tried ordering on the app, while placing my order the app seemed to refresh and kick me back to the home page. I looked at orders and it said I hadn’t placed any, checked my bank nothing off my account, waited 2 minutes and checked order status again, got nothing-blank. After seeing no order placed I selected the cookies I had the first time, except now they were out of confetti so I had to change that selection, placed the order, it came up in my orders with updated tracking. Horrible I ordered my cookies for delivery at 11:11 pm and it’s now 2am and I still haven’t received my order and calling the number is useless they don’t answer no Matter how many times you call.
