Recurring issue with delivery drivers lying about the completion of the order. Ordered 2 hours before closing, and after being told they were delivered, they absolutely were not. We have cameras that pick up motion. Of course, you can’t reach the store by then, since it's 3am+.
Cookies were good but I ordered delivery at 1am and around 2am I called and asked for an update and they said no drivers had picked it up. I asked if I should just come get the cookies and they said that would be best. They were very kind on the phone and in person and I know it’s not their fault!! Should be some better system in place for delivery if they are going to offer it. I added a tip for delivery and don’t know if I’ll get that back or what.
They are the best cookies I have ever eaten! That includes even my mom's!
Well…. I had high hopes… back in Pittsburgh i had a similar concept of icecream at a store called cookie cookie icecream that made homemade fresh made icecream and cookies. They were so amazing that when i found the same concept with Insomnia Cookies i became extremely excited to try. Needless to say i was a bit disappointed but it wasn’t bad.
