This location is amazing and the staff is so kind! My family loved Randi, Wendy, and Desiree since they helped pick our cookies!
I ordered a buy-12-get-3-free deal and paid almost $60 including tip. I only received 12 cookies, and the worst part is, they weren't the 12 that I ordered. I got 9 of the cookies I ordered, plus 3 that they randomly chose for me, for the free 3. Some of the cookies that were missing were specialty cookies that incurred an upcharge. The cookies are good, but I'm disappointed to say the least. Definitely not worth paying that much to not get what you ordered
Best cookies ever , you better go on an empty stomach
I ordered the brownie and ice cream scoops combo last night over Uber Eats. This is what I received. So disappointed! There are supposed to be two scoops of two kinds of ice cream. The cup didn’t even contain a full scoop. The brookie that came with this (didn’t get a pic) was much smaller than usual. They basically charge the same for smaller portions. I used to love the quality and quantity given when ordering the brookie/ ice cream combo! Unfortunately, if this is the new norm, I will not be ordering from here again.
The Cookie's good people everything good
