Heard a lot about Insomnia and in my opinion....extremely underwhelming!
Amazing cookies, we’re super warm. The employee handed the cookies over to me explaining they were all in one box and wished me a great night with a big smile. Superb customer service
I’m a college student here in Athens Ga , and this is my 1st time trying insomnia cookies and it was very unpleasant. I had a problem with my delivery and I called the store multiple times to get it correct with the manager and she was absolutely RUDE ! I never got my cookies . I wasted 24$ . The manager constantly hung up the phone and did not try to help the issue are fix it . Their customer service SUCKS!!!!! NEVER AGAIN . The worst experience here in Athens Ga .
