Wish I could give 0 stars. The delivery orders placed via doordash takes more than 2 hours to deliver. They claim to have their own delivery drivers which is why the order keeps getting delayed. They sometimes don’t have a delivery driver of their own and the order has to wait for a dasher which is why it confuses the system and takes 2 hours every time a delivery order is placed. Horrible service, poor business!
Placed an order in the website for delivery and tipped my delivery driver nicely. Only to receive over baked well done almost burnt cookies. My order is wrong and I can’t tell the difference between snickerdoodle and sugar as they are all over baked hard and unappealing. None of them were warm and taste stale. I’m so disappointed!
