I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Insomnia Cookies. When my order arrived, the packaging looked tampered with and it seemed like items were missing, which is really concerning. I contacted customer service right away, hoping for help, but the interaction made things worse. Instead of taking my concern seriously, the response felt rude and dismissive. Cookies are always so good, and their scoop ice cream is delicious!
Well, I'm confused because Insomnia says that they deliver warm and fresh cookies. This is my fourth time ordering from them and every time my cookies are not warm nor soft. I was trying to see if it was a one time thing! The words on the box needs to be removed because it's not representative of what I've EVER received.
