Slow service. They missed our order even though a receipt had been printed. Actually still waiting after 30 minutes.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Insomnia Cookies. When my order arrived, the packaging looked tampered with and it seemed like items were missing, which is really concerning. I contacted customer service right away, hoping for help, but the interaction made things worse. Instead of taking my concern seriously, the response felt rude and dismissive.
