This location has amazing customer service! We ordered a 12 pack of cookies, which included some vegan ones that the store very kindly placed in a separate box. Unfortunately, only one box was delivered to us. We called the store and they immediately fixed the situation! Not only did they send over the cookies that weren’t delivered originally, they also sent the whole order again. Shoutout to Tracy for his amazing customer service and for ensuring the situation was resolved.
This insomnia cookies has always had the best service. The workers are super sweet and deserve the world. 10/10 love this place
Good atmosphere.. I would never pay this much for cookies.. stopped in with a friend. Didn't get the rainbows flags stating this was a safe place.. never knew violence and cookies together so duhhhh
