Everything is always fresh and worth that wait. Parking is severely limited though so arrive at a good time!
My father went into Insomnia to purchase some cookies as a gift for my mother, he experienced horrible service from the employee there who says her name is Autumn and was the manager on duty. My family and I are always very respectful to any service employees as I myself have always worked in the service industry. I hope that no one else has this horrible experience.

Worst experience ever. Thank god I was able to get my money back through uber but these people and the employees there gave me the run around for about 3 hrs tonight to get my order first I was told that two of the cookies I ordered couldn’t be made because they were out I replaced them with regular Brookies I ordered a 6 count and two red velvet brookies to begin with.
