I am having an awful experience as I am 7 days overdue my medication and they are ignoring my calls Absolutely ridiculous
They wouldn't even schedule an appointment for a intake eval.No HELP at all ! AND, this was after I had a documented referral from Oaks integrated mental health urgent care.
Update: I previously gave Insight a 1-star review because of a bad experience with one of their customer service representatives. So as promised, this is the update. I proceeded to go directly to Insite Psychiatry at their Vineland location thinking I would encounter the lady who hung up on me.
