The team at Vernon Springs goes above and beyond. During a very difficult time for our family, Vernon Spring's caring staff has worked to ensure that my mother is well cared for in a safe and loving environment. It may not be the biggest facility, but it is the best as far as I am concerned. HIGHLY recommend.

We had to move my sister from this facility due to lack of care and staffing.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! We had to transfer my mother-in-law to another facility, because of constant hospital stays within an 8 month period. Med techs were not administering her medicine on time. She was not a fall risk before going in there, but she has fallen several times. She became ill due to the staff not making sure she ate. There is no doctor, nor nurse practitioner. They both quit. The owner, Curt McGill or Office Manager, Jennifer Vasquez do not keep the family members updated as they promised. They do n... read more
