I loved working with this company they have really nice and knowledgeable people working in their office. They have been in charge of my property since 2013 and my payments have always been on time coming to me and my house has stayed rented out with good tenants. I just want to thank the staff for all their hard work and professionalism. Great company!
I haven't had anything short of a great experience renting from Insigma Group. Anytime I have an issue with my house it gets taken care of within 24-48 hours. I'm sad that my husband just got orders and we are moving out of state but if we weren't I would definately continue to rent with them.
Insigma Group, LLC disregarded my request to have a tenant pay for damage they caused to my property. The Property Coordinator with Insigma Group, LLC advised me that the tenants would not be renewing their lease. Insigma Group, LLC managed this property for us. When they significantly increased our property management fee, we decided to terminate our management agreement with them.
