I’ve been with Insightful for nearly 3 years and have always been satisfied with their services. The admin team is super awesome, I tend to get really nervous talking on the phone, they allow texting which is a godsend. They always respond within a couple of hours, the most I’ve ever waited for a response is a day. They will help with anything that is relevant to the best of their abilities. I’m very thankful for Aaron Padron. He genuinely listens, explains things clearly, and always makes me feel heard and supported. His professionalism and kindness have made a huge impact on my overall well-being. His support staff are also exemplary — always courteous, responsive, and accommodating with scheduling, rescheduling, and any other needs. I couldn’t ask for better care or a more compassionate team.
Dr. Aaron Padron is always pleasant! He is also very gracious when it comes to the timing of your appointment. Most physicians won’t even attempt to contact you if you are not there at the scheduled time, or earlier. I had mixed up my days when adding my appointment to my calendar and had woken up around 7:40am with my appointment having been scheduled for 7:15am. His phone call woke me, matter of fact!
